These Bisquick sausage balls are made with Neese’s sausage and are perfect for breakfast, especially during the holidays. I have provided the doubled recipe, but you can cut it in half if you wish. I like to bake half the batch and freeze the remaining in a resealable plastic bag for another day. This recipes works great in a toaster oven, too. *Ingredients

°3 cups bisquick mix
°1 pound light or hot pork sausage
°16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
°1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
°1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Methods :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or grease it lightly with oil
In bowl, combine all ingredients & mix well by hand.
Pour about 1 1/4 – 1 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls.
Place them on a baking sheet about 1 inch apart
Bake for 20 minutes or until it turns light brown.
