- Lean ground beef (85/90%) – 1 lb
- Refrigerated pizza dough – 1 (13.8 oz) tube
- Pizza sauce, divided – ¾ cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1½ cups
- Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon

In a large bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, flour, Parmesan, chives, sour cream, and salt.
