Ingredients:

  • 1 (9-inch) Unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 Large eggs
  • ¾ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Pie Crust: Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Press and crimp the edges.
  3. Toast Coconut (Optional): Spread coconut on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden.
