Instructions:

Step 1: Prep Your Surface
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil or butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.

Step 3: Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, peanut butter, and chopped peanuts (if using).

Step 4: Combine Everything
Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel mixture and gently fold until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Step 5: Form the Clusters
Drop rounded spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle with sea salt flakes while still soft for a savory touch.

Step 6: Chill and Set
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until the clusters are firm. Serve right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
