I love those recipes that we all grew up with, they are just too good to miss out on.Pico de gallo or “salsa fresca” is a sauce native to Mexico, ideal as an aperitif, it can also be used as a starter. Very easy to make, it consists of tomatoes, chopped fresh cilantro, white onion, lime juice and chili. A flavorful sauce, typical of Mexican cuisine, that will delight your guests during the summer

Ingredients:
° 1 tomato
°2 green onions
° 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
° pinch of salt
° lemon juice
Preparation steps:
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Cut the onions into thin slices.
Put the tomatoes in a bowl, add the chopped onion and coriander and mix well.
Add salt and lemon juice and stir again.
Put on a plate and serve
