There’s nothing quite like a good bowl of Mongolian ground beef noodles. This dish is hearty and flavorful, with a mix of savory and sweet flavors that will leave you wanting more.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger paste
- 5 tsp. Minced garlic
- ½ C. Beef broth
- ½ C. Soy sauce
- ¼ C. Brown sugar
- ⅓ C. Hoisin sauce
- Pepper and red pepper flakes to taste
- 1 Box linguini noodles
How to Make Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles
- Cook the linguini noodles to your liking and drain well.
- Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium-high heat and saute until browned completely.
- Stir in the ginger paste and garlic, and saute for another minute.
- Mix in the beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar and pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Saute for 10-15 minutes on low heat until the sauce thickens a bit.
- Stir the noodles into the meat and sauce mixture and toss to coat well.
- Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
