Southern Nana’s Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:
For the Meatloaf
- 2 lbs Ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
For the Glaze
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan.
- Mix Meatloaf Ingredients: Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and paprika. Mix gently until combined.
