  • Ground beef – 1 lb
  • Onion, finely chopped – 1 small
  • Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
  • Long grain white rice, uncooked – 1 cup
  • Beef broth (or water + bouillon) – 2½ cups
  • Cream of mushroom soup – 1 can (10.5 oz)
  • Cream of cheddar soup – 1 can (10.5 oz)

  • Cheddar cheese, shredded – 1½ cups (divided)
  • Sour cream – ½ cup
  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt & black pepper – To taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional) – For garnish

 

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Brown the Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink.

3. Combine Ingredients
