Chicken Noodle Casserole*!!

Who isn’t a lover of chicken noodle soup? And who isn’t a sucker for a hearty casserole? Two of your favorites mixed into one simple dish! I’m a fan 9for a nice casserole. There is nothing quite like a delicious and satisfying dinner prepared entirely in one baking dish. This one is prepared using components that are readily available. Indeed, you probably already have the majority of these items in your cupboard.

Casseroles were (and continue to be) ideal for every occasion. They are very soothing, and the majority of casseroles freeze extremely well. Today I’m sharing a creamy, chicken-y dish with you. We love it so much that we store the leftovers for another dinner later in the week or month. That is another advantage of casseroles. If you prepare a large batch, they make excellent leftovers. This cozy creamy dish utilizes a shortcut to quickly prepare a belly-warming dinner! Chicken, noodles, and peas are cooked till bubbling in a creamy sauce. It’s an excellent way to use leftover meats and vegetables, and it’s the ideal method to clear out the refrigerator.

This dish is simply made in advance and can be adapted to utilize any ingredients you have on hand! It’s a wonderful evening dinner since it’s ready in 30 minutes. This simple comfort meal recipe takes just two minutes to prepare! In a casserole dish, combine all ingredients. Sprinkle toppings over the top and bake. It’s that simple to prepare a delicious evening dinner!To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:

 

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR THIS CASSEROLE:

A medium egg noodles package, use a pkg. Of 12-oz
Four cups of shredded rotisserie chicken.
Canned condensed cream of chicken soup, used 2 cans of 10-ounces.
A cup.Of mayonnaise.
A cup.Of whole milk.
A medium onion, I diced it finely
2 Cups.Of shredded cheddar cheese.
1½ Cups.Of frozen mixed veggies.
1 cup.Of « Panko » bread crumbs.
½ cup.Of melted butter.

 

PREPARATION METHOD:

Step 1: I start by heating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and gently I coated a 9-13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray to prevent sticking, and I put it aside.
Step 2: I put the egg noodles to boil following the directions on the package.
Step 3: Meanwhile, I combined the shredded chicken with condensed soup, mayonnaise, whole milk, onion, shredded cheese, and frozen vegetables In a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
Step 4: After that, I folded the egg noodles gently and spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 5: Then, I sprinkled the « Panko » bread crumbs over the top in an equal layer, then I drizzled it with melted butter to finish.
Step 6: At this step, I put the bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling. Allow for 5 minutes of resting time before serving. Enjoy!
